In this role, you will play a pivotal part in project planning, business process improvements, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance the overall client and operational experience. _We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ Rate: $30 - $40 / hr. w2 **Responsibilities:** + Primary contact for customers and all groups within the organization for small scale projects + Collects and defines requirements, translates into functional design, test planning, and user documentation processes + Supports testing of new or enhanced applications and/or systems - including case development, requirement traceability analysis, test preparation, script writing, and functional test execution + Documents all project takeaways and coordinates with impacted stakeholders to address and resolve any issue + Assist with project management for selected (sub)projects + Act as the go between the product/business and technology teams + Identify automation and/or efficiency opportunities + Oversee and manage any initiatives aimed at advancing the project + Develop training materials as required. Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems. + Ensures projects are completed on time, within budget and with minimum defects. **Experience Requirements:** + 4+ years of experience in a business analyst environment required + Demonstrated success in planning and managing programs involving multiple sub-projects. + Experience with Treasury Services products and services, such as cash management, liquidity, trade finance, billing and electronic banking, is a plus. + Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. **Education Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
