THE ROLEReporting to the Fraud & Risk Investigations Manager, you will be pivotal in executing and refining our fraud prevention activities. Utilizing advanced tools and comprehensive data analysis, you will optimize fraud detection methods, enhance overall performance, and achieve key KPIs across all regions and business units.WHAT YOU'LL DOBuild and maintain fraud reports and dashboards in BigQuery and Looker to enable real-time fraud analysis. Proactively identify and resolve fraud issues, ensuring we’re balancing fraud prevention with customer experience. Daily monitoring and reporting of fraud KPIs.Produce ad hoc reports to evidence live issues and trends and develop solutions to prevent and mitigate risk. Design, test and implement rules & logic to prevent fraud and reduce false positives. Apply advanced analytical techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets to minimise fraud chargebacks whilst balancing customer frictionWork independently on fraud analytics and the analysis of large datasets to ensure appropriate feedback is given to the internal and external ML models.
