Business Analyst – Cologne (Hybrid)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Cologne. This role offers a hybrid working model and a defined employment contract, providing an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

 

The Role:

Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency. Develop and document business requirements, workflows, and processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Conduct market research and industry analysis to inform strategic decision-making. Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to present findings and recommendations. Assist with project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery. Identify and document automation opportunities to optimize business processes. Test and validate business processes and system implementations to ensure alignment with requirements. Provide ongoing user support and training on new systems and workflows.

 

What you will bring:

Proven experience in business analysis, stakeholder management, and project execution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement. Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical and scalable solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in business intelligence tools and reporting solutions. Fluency in English and German is required.
