Position : Business Analyst - Global Service Operations 

Experience : 8+ years

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities

The Business Analyst primary responsibility is design, ongoing process review and improvements to the Service Sales process and toolsets. Defining business requirements, working with cross functional teams on alignment and validation of requirements, testing and change management.

Key Tasks

Ability to analyze complex business issues and develop practical solutions. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Tableau, Power BI) Develop, implement and manage install base, contracts, and renewal quotingParticipate with IT and business teams on transformational service sales projectsDefine business requirements and use casesCollaborate with various stakeholders, including IT teams, business leaders, and end users, to gather feedback and ensure project alignment. Process flow documentation and policy documentationMap out existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and potential areas for improvement. Review business KPIs for trends or gapsDrive change management with global, theater and cross functional stakeholdersData hygiene and management

 

Job Requirements:

8+ years of business experience preferably within a CS environment with Services and Install base, contracts, and renewal business processes.Hands on experience with CRM applications such as SFDC, SAP, ExcelStrong working knowledge of master and transactional data – Customers, accounts, partners, products, installed base, opportunities, quoting, orders, service contracts.Experience with complex data analysis and toolsStrong organizational and program management skills, react to changing prioritiesAble to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team within and outside CS

 

Education

BA/BS Degree in Business Management required; advanced degree or certification preferred.
