In this role, you'll guide clients and beneficiaries through the inheritance process, providing compassionate support, transparent communication, and efficient case management to ensure a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities: + Client Support: Offer one-on-one support throughout the inheritance process, maintaining effective relationship management. + Proactive Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients via phone and email, setting clear expectations and providing updates on service requests. + Request Processing: Ensure all client requests are processed and followed up on in a timely manner, in alignment with internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs). + Problem Solving: Research and resolve client issues promptly, ing Firm's verification policies to prevent fraud and identity theft. + Documentation: Utilize various systems to accurately log all interactions, managing and monitoring caseload to ensure timely updates and record accuracy. salary: $22.21 - $22.22 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Providing dedicated one-on-one support for the client throughout the inheritance process leveraging effective relationship management skills • Proactively communicating with clients by phone and or email to provide a high level of service, transparency, and empathy to clients and beneficiaries. • Process & follow up client service requests to ensure completion in a timely manner • Set appropriate expectations with clients and beneficiaries for requests, in line with internal Service Level Agreements, and ensure consistent follow-up • Provide world class customer service to both internal and external clients in all interactions • Research and resolve problems with both internal and external clients accurately and in a timely manner • Leverage systems and ensure all case interactions are appropriately entered and documented • Actively manage, monitor, and document daily case load by utilizing various technology resources • Apply Firm verification policies for all clients to avoid identity theft and fraudulent activity Skills + Call Center + Business Analysis Qualifications + Years of experience: 0 years + Experience level: Entry Level Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
