Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their dedicated inheritance support team. In this role, you'll guide clients and beneficiaries through the inheritance process, providing compassionate support, transparent communication, and efficient case management to ensure a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Client Support: Offer one-on-one support throughout the inheritance process, maintaining effective relationship management.
+ Proactive Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients via phone and email, setting clear expectations and providing updates on service requests.
+ Request Processing: Ensure all client requests are processed and followed up on in a timely manner, in alignment with internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
+ Problem Solving: Research and resolve client issues promptly, ing Firm's verification policies to prevent fraud and identity theft.
+ Documentation: Utilize various systems to accurately log all interactions, managing and monitoring caseload to ensure timely updates and record accuracy.

Responsibilities
Providing dedicated one-on-one support for the client throughout the inheritance process leveraging effective relationship management skills
• Proactively communicating with clients by phone and or email to provide a high level of service, transparency, and empathy to clients and beneficiaries.
• Process & follow up client service requests to ensure completion in a timely manner
• Set appropriate expectations with clients and beneficiaries for requests, in line with internal Service Level Agreements, and ensure consistent follow-up
• Provide world class customer service to both internal and external clients in all interactions
• Research and resolve problems with both internal and external clients accurately and in a timely manner
• Leverage systems and ensure all case interactions are appropriately entered and documented
• Actively manage, monitor, and document daily case load by utilizing various technology resources
• Apply Firm verification policies for all clients to avoid identity theft and fraudulent activity
