Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst II in Boca Raton, FL. Responsibilities: * Analyze and document requirements and business processes * Business Analyst II will assist in development of systems specifications, process flow, and conversion strategies * Assist in creation of technical and functional user documentation * Contribute to the development of new tools, processes, and solutions to meet desired product needs * Follow established business processes, protocols, and quality standards in the development and deployment of solutions * Maintain stakeholder expectations and raise appropriate issues to project managers as necessary * Assist in gathering business requirements and translate them into user stories/functional specifications * As a Business Analyst II, you will identify and document process improvements and functional specifications based on research of best practices and analysis of work group data * Other duties as assigned
