Business Analyst** **Key Responsibilities:** + Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external parties. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Customer service orientation, serving both internal and external clients. + High attention to detail. + Capable of working independently and as part of a team. + Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle a fast-paced workload. + Ability to adapt to changing markets, systems, and processes. + Ability to obtain and analyze data with minimal supervision, and make informed recommendations for action or remediation. + Prior experience in the retail energy industry, specifically using CRM and/or Order-to-Cash workflow systems. + Working knowledge of UDC/ISO/LDC market EDI transactions. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or SQL database query development. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** + Provide business function support in various power delivery settings. + Develop processes to meet the needs of a diverse financial group, which utilizes a variety of O&M, Capital, and/or balance sheet and clearing accounts. + Prepare project estimates in the electric and gas utility industry using software and/or estimating manuals. + Utilize PC and mainframe applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft, Time, EERS, PassPort) proficiently. + Develop customized reports. **Requirements:** + Minimum of a Bachelor's or Associate’s degree, plus 5 years of experience in preparing project estimates for the electric and gas utility industry. + Willingness to travel throughout Constellation territory as required using a personal vehicle (must have a valid driver's license). **Pay Details:** $31.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
