**Policy & Compliance Analyst – Workforce System Implementation** Adecco is seeking a **Policy & Compliance Analyst** to support our **Workforce System Implementation** by reviewing, aligning, and integrating workforce policies. The **Policy & Compliance Analyst** will ensure that policies related to **time tracking, payroll operations, and workforce compliance** are legally sound and properly configured in the system. This role requires collaboration with HR, payroll, legal, and IT teams to assess policies, define automation rules, and support system implementation. The **Policy & Compliance Analyst** will also help drive compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in workforce management. **Key Responsibilities** + The **Policy & Compliance Analyst** will review and update **workforce policies** for system integration. + Ensure policies align with **employment laws, payroll compliance, and labor regulations** . + Collaborate with **HR, IT, payroll, and system vendors** to ensure accurate configuration. + Define **automation rules** for time tracking, compliance monitoring, and payroll operations. + Validate system enforcement of policies like **Jury Duty Pay, Floating Holidays, Retroactive Corrections, and Time Entry** . + The **Policy & Compliance Analyst** will support **testing, training, and change management** during system implementation. + Provide ongoing monitoring and recommendations to improve **workforce compliance** and efficiency. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in **HR, Business, Legal Studies** , or a related field. + 3+ years of experience in **HR policy, payroll operations, or workforce compliance** . + The **Policy & Compliance Analyst** should have experience with **Workforce Software, SAP, ADP** , or similar systems. + Strong knowledge of **policy lifecycle management, payroll processes, and employment laws** . + Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. \#PolicyComplianceAnalyst #WorkforceSystem #HRIS #PayrollCompliance #TimeTracking #WorkforcePolicies #SystemIntegration **Pay Details:** $50.00 to $55.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
