Edgewater Federal Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst III to support the IT program at a major national laboratory. Responsibilities Provide expertise in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts and in translating business process needs into technical requirements. Will manage a variety of IT related projectsResponsible for developing and managing customer relationshipsManage the internal discovery process to include customer interaction, technical evaluation, and recommendations for the customer’s environmentEvaluate and implement process changes to improve IT services for our customersCreate, monitor and execute customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Candidate must be able to obtain a DOE Q clearance.Candidate will lead operations associated with our mission focused service desk, back-office support for BI initiatives, scheduling, customer interaction and communication, reporting, requirements gathering. Qualifications Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field and 7 years of experience managing IT projects in a large environment.Must be a US CitizenAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy Q security clearance.

IT Business Analyst and Project Manager experience with a BS/BA and 7 experience managing IT Projects in a large environmentCandidate MUST have previous hands on experience supporting desktop, server, networking, OT, or integrating technology solutions to meet customer requirements.Successfully managed large IT Projects from creation through implementationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust have experience managing customer relationshipsMust have experience managing the day to day operations of IT support teamExperience evaluating and making recommendations to improve a departments IT Technologies and then execute the implementation of the recommendationsExperience supporting a large IT organizationCandidate can start uncleared, but must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE Q clearanceWork will be performed both onsite and offsite so some telecommuting is allowable, but candidate must reside in the Albuquerque area.
