Proximity to a Cisco office (San Jose or San Francisco) is preferred. **Role:** Operations System Analyst (Focus: Supply Chain & Manufacturing Operations) **Duration:** Estimated- **Start Date:** 2/4/2025- **End Date:** 11/30/2025 **Pay Rate:** $75.00 per hour **Job Responsibilities** + Diagram and evaluate existing processes; identify gaps and issues in ERP systems. + Act as a Super User for systems and tools, ensuring thorough testing of system configurations and addressing issues. + Troubleshoot and resolve challenges during implementation. + Plan, perform, and implement process improvement initiatives. + Develop metrics for process measurement and identify indicators for future improvements. + Collect and analyze data to determine root causes of problems. + Measure performance against process requirements and align improvements to address shortfalls. + Deliver presentations and training, covering areas such as measurement, analysis, improvement, and control. + Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ERP systems post-implementation. + Stay updated on the latest ERP technologies and industry trends. + Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. + Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines. **Minimum Requirements** **Must-Have Qualifications:** + **Experience:** + Intermediate SQL experience (3+ years). + 5+ years of professional experience, including ERP implementation, analytics, business operations, supply chain, finance, or related fields. + **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. + **Skills:** + Hands-on experience with complex ERP or other enterprise management systems. + High proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, chart creation, lookups). + Data-focused mindset with strong analytical and presentation skills. + Strong decision-making capabilities and ability to create well-informed design recommendations. + Extensive knowledge of Demand Management functionalities. **Preferred Skills** + Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. + Ability to troubleshoot and optimize SQL scripts. **Ideal Candidate:** The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with extensive ERP experience, a keen analytical mindset, and strong communication skills.
