Overview This position is focused on management and execution of major projects involving sales and other key internal/external teams driving key sales initiatives. Assesses a wide scope of business practices, information, and industry trends. Determines improvements or solutions to address identified issues. Prepares reports by examining and summarizing data and creates specifications to support business initiatives. Responsibilities Effectively manage key projects focused on sales efficiency, process improvements and/or risk elements that tie to sales initiatives Attainment of key sales metrics; funded volumes and margin Attainment of Bank Synergy deposit goals Sales alignment and execution of top priorities driving business stabilization and profitability; verticalization, improvements to per person productivity, process efficiency and tech adoption to drive sales capacity Centralized implementation and monitoring of sales controls for safe growth and reduction in related complaints Quarterly sales leadership strategy meets Monitoring sales plans to goals - regular communication on top opportunities, gaps and risks Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Analytics, Modeling, or Reporting. -OR- High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Analytics, Modeling, or Reporting. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with MS Office Suite, including strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Deep and current/relevant industry experience across the financial services sector Strong analytical skills to develop strategies based on key business metrics Strong communication, interpersonal, collaborative, consensus building skills to gain alignment around partner strategies, budgets, and growth opportunities.
