Business Analyst - Implementation Coordinator

Implementation coordinator role (50%): Plans and orchestrates promotion of software into production environment. Works with developers, other business analysts, users, and other IT teams to document, coordinate, and execute all activities required for production software implementations. Utilizes CA Clarity PPM, CA Service Desk Manager, CA Software Change Manager, and Sallie Mae's Project Management Office tools.

 

 

Business analyst role (50%): Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts.

 Experience on financial applications, particularly collections.
