Business Analyst - Incentive Compensation
Finance & Strategic Planning
Responsible for managing sales incentive compensation plans by analyzing sales performance data, calculating incentive payouts, and ensuring alignment with incentive compensation plan documents by working closely with PB leadership and Our People team.
In this position, you will:
+ Develop incentive calculation models, incorporating factors like revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
+ Extract and analyze data from TM1, Salesforce, our internal customer database and other data sources to calculate incentive payouts accurately.
+ Create detailed reports and dashboards to track sales performance, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of incentive plans.
+ Monitor key performance metrics and provide insights to management to inform decision-making.
+ Communicate incentive plan results and performance updates to management teams
+ Address leader’s questions and concerns regarding incentive calculations
+ Collaborate with Our People to ensure compliance with incentive plan regulations.
+ Identify areas for improvement and propose adjustments calculation models
+ Conduct simulations / modeling to assess the impact of potential changes to incentive plans
To be considered, you will need:
+ Bachelor degree from an accredited four-year college.
+ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data manipulation and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI would be a plus, etc.)
+ Understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales performance metrics
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex incentive plans to stakeholders
+ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Our People, Sales Teams , etc.)
Base Salary & Benefits
Our base salary for this position located inNew York generally ranges between $75,000.00and$90,000.00 annually, depending on business need and on your qualifications and experience. Base salary does not include incentive compensation, commission, or any other type of remuneration or benefits.
In addition to salary, Popular's well-rounded benefits package for regular full-time and part-time employees includes a comprehensive health plan, flexible time off options, and savings and investment plans. Seasonal/temporary employees are not eligible for these benefits.
