The Digital Business Solutions Analyst is responsible for requirements gathering, opportunity qualification, and support of successful delivery of digital projects associated with the goals of the Finance GoPass App team in managing customer-facing programs and projects focused on rider information/technology and innovative transit service delivery, including but not limited to rider-facing apps; data quality improvement; websites, and signage; fare collection technology; implementation of new service modes; and rail/bus vehicle procurement. The principal focus of this role is to support the implementation of solutions from conception to initiation by providing information, managing stakeholders and engaging in all the key business analysis tasks that need to be completed to implement the solution. He/she will be a collaborative partner delivering innovative ideas, solutions and services, and will hold primary responsibility for uncovering requirements and conducting research to bring forward a comprehensive view of business issues facing the Agency, and potential solutions to approach and resolve these business issues. This is a key role that will interface with every aspect of DART’s internal organization, as well as working with vendors and partners.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Defines and refines all aspects of the digital product opportunity pipeline, from gap identification to solution implementation.Works across all business areas to identify, vet and qualify issues for suitability for new solution development.Supports facilitation of innovation workshops to help stakeholders identify opportunities for innovation.Supports the Finance GoPass App team in sourcing new partnerships to solve business challenges.Responsible for developing new methods of opportunity gathering and qualification for initiatives.Performs financial analysis and tracks solution usage, effectiveness and performance.Provides user support functions for the team.Performs other related duties as assigned.MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Note: An equivalent combination of related education and experience may be substituted for the below stated minimums excluding High School Diploma, GED, Licenses, or Certifications.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.Three (3) years of research or business analysis experience.Pass a physical (medical) examination that includes a drug screen in order to operate DART non-revenue vehicles.Proficiency of PC software applications to include Microsoft Office or other related software applications.Creative problem solver, often considering unorthodox yet feasible ways to push the design, and sharing these with others.Impeccable attention to details with great sense of ownership.Outside-of-the-box thinking and strong self-organization.Ability to embrace a start-up mentality and work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to be dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers. Works in an environment where there is minimum exposure to dust, noise, or temperature. May be moderately exposed to unpleasant working conditions to include dust, noise, temperature, weather, petroleum products, and chemicals while visiting DART's operating facilities, assuming incumbent is observing all policies and procedures, safety precautions and regulations, and using all protective clothing and devices provided.
