Camping World is looking for a Business Analyst intern for the summer of 2025. As an intern, you will assist with the daily operations and gain first-hand experience. We are looking for someone who is driven, has experience in business and process analysis, information technology, system diagraming, technical documentation software applications and/or technology solutions, and wants to be immersed in a real-world experience. If you are eager to learn, have a strong interest and want to further develop yourself as a professional; this is the ideal role for you **. **   Candidates must have the ability to work in our Chicago or Lincolnshire office on a hybrid basis (3 days in office, 2 days remote) for 10 weeks, beginning in June of 2025. **What You’ll Do:** + Conduct interviews with business and technical stakeholders to gather and clarify missing information. + Develop and enhance various documentation, including business process flows, system interconnections, and data flow diagrams. + Input and maintain critical information in the system of record, such as application details, technology decisions, waivers, exceptions, and technical debt records. + Support the creation and refinement of Enterprise Standards by improving documentation style and structure. **What You’ll Need to Have for the Role:** + Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. + Graduation date between December 2025 and July 2027. + Ability to relocate to Chicago for the internship. (Note: Relocation or housing stipends are not provided.) + Strong knowledge of information technology concepts, including systems integration, security, data architecture, and data flow. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Loop, Lists, SharePoint, and Power BI. + Experience with diagramming and mind-mapping tools like MS Visio, Draw.io, PlantUML, Lucidchart, Figma, Mural, XMind, MindJet MindManager, Freeplane, or similar tools. + Hands-on experience with software or web development is a plus. + Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a passion for data analytics. + Excellent technical aptitude and data interpretation skills. + Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. + Engage in the Capstone Internship Project, culminating in a final presentation to the Executive Leadership team. **Pay Range:** $26.00-$26.00 Hourly In addition to competitive pay, we offer 401(k), an Employee Assistance Program, Good Sam Roadside Assistance, discounts, paid parental leave (if eligibility is met), Tuition Reimbursement (if eligibility is met), and on the job training opportunities.
