Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Business Analyst (IT) - Expert based in Quincy, Massachusetts. Our team operates within the IT industry, and this role will primarily be on-site with the possibility of a hybrid arrangement at a later time. Responsibilities: • Facilitate user meetings and interviews to define business/system requirements • Develop use cases and conduct research to resolve issues • Participate in business analysis project planning and management • Document and maintain plans, manage issue logs, and prepare project documentation • Analyze current processes and recommend solutions for improved processes • Oversee the acquisition, analysis, and dissemination of subject matter knowledge • Provide technical and business knowledge to clients • Stay updated with technological and competitive developments • Conduct research on industry practices, standards, and other benchmarking data • Code and maintain business application programs from user instructions or formal functional specifications • Participate in the analysis and testing phases in the development cycle • Translate business requirements to system requirements into Agile Stories • Utilize an analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and logical thinking to break larger problems into smaller ones to address them from a requirements perspective • Use software skills such as Excel and JIRA proficiently • Contribute as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, and geo-diverse team.
