Job Responsibilities:
Analyze business user needs, document business processes, and translate business objectives into system requirement specifications/user stories for resolving issues and new enhancements. Provides test plans, test cases, perform functional testing and assure proper user acceptance testing is completed. Provide troubleshooting and operational support for specific Business Applications. Present technical concepts and specific solutions to audiences of varying technical capabilities in a clear and concise manner. Develop and maintain Business Unit specific application roadmaps. Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.Minimum Qualifications: (required)
Bachelors Degree or higher in Business Information Systems, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent years of training, work experience and education) 5+ years of business systems analyst experience, including: Formulating and defining system scope and objectives for assigned projects Gathering and preparing detailed system requirements and test cases Experience with Agile, Waterfall & SDLC 5+ years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience, including: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay Integrations of 3rd Party solutions. Non-standard application work. Works independently and is able to perform work duties with minimal guidance Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC)Additional Qualifications:
Domain knowledge in Agriculture or Energy including refinery and distribution Basic knowledge of SQL
