Who You Are: 

Business Analyst Lead assignments will focus on significant changes to existing systems with the assignment of DSG project tasks, as well as troubleshooting and enhancements 

Expected to gather, validate, and document business requirements that will drive global solutions and common business processes 

A candidate with a comprehensive background in “Artificial Intelligence” (AI) and implementation 

Serve as the middle person between the business and technical team, with excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Working closely with the business, the Business Analyst Lead will convert business requirements to solutions, follow project management and other development procedures, and provide specialist application expertise that exceeds customer expectations and promotes IT excellence 

Mentor and build the skills of any junior members of the Business Analyst family 

 

What You Will Do: 

 

Develop and Manage Staff: 

Direct/coach staff work activities 

Troubleshoot/facilitate 

Support development of educational curriculum and career plans 

Ensure staff know why, when, what, who, and how. Enhance staff performance to meet IT customer commitments. 

Business Analysis: 

Review and verify recommended global solutions 

Solicit buy-in from stakeholders 

Understand/follow the complete requirements of the System Development Life Cycle and assure alignment from the definition phase through to the proper and complete documentation phase. 

Execute process redesign and improvement activities, including incorporating "best practices" approaches. 

Ensure required solutions are delivered that align with ongoing business strategy 

Work along -side (ET) – Emerging technologies 

Project Management: 

Requirements Management 

Planning and Execution 

Establish global priorities and implementation schedules 

Ensure timely delivery 

Project leadership using the Technical Project Management (TPM). Ensure that project deliverables are met according to specifications and to the satisfaction of the customer. 

Work Management: 

With the assistance of supervisor/manager, manage own work tasks and communicate work activities. Know and follow formal IT policies and procedures. 

HYMH & Regulatory Compliance: 

Understand HYMH requirements 

Understand country-related compliance applicable to specific systems 

Understand HYMH & Regulatory Compliance in order to recommend and deliver leading-edge solutions that align with all HYMH and Government regulatory requirements. 

Documentation and Communication: 

Communicate regularly and provide mutual assistance with other technology groups. 

HYMH Strategic Goals: 

Understand HYMH Business initiatives and assure alignment (Strategic planning and goals). Proper selection of changes that align with long-range business strategy. 

 

What You Will Need: 

 

BS Degree with five or more years of experience 

A two-year degree with ten or more years of experience, or twelve or more years of experience in lieu of a degree 

 

Skills and Abilities: 

Experience in Project management control techniques (project work plan, scope control, task dependencies, etc.) 

Project management courses, seminars, and HYMH training 

Possess a deep understanding of the business domain and its needs, gather and elicit requirements, plan and manage the requirements process, analyze and document requirements, validate and verify them, formulate effective solutions, and communicate findings clearly. 

Understanding of AI methodologies.
