An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team in Indianapolis as a Business Analyst. As the Business Analyst you will be responsible for managing, organizing, storing, and communicating data and due dates effectively to ensure accurate and on-time contract deliverables. You will be responsible for assisting the Program Manager and the Program team in managing the cost, schedule, and other company/program requirements.

In this role you will be responsible for creating the program financial reporting deliverables. The Business Analyst will review variances, coordinate review meetings, and recommend earned value improvements.

Key Accountabilities:

Organizing, tracking, storing, and managing contract deliverablesExecution of the Earned Value Management Systems as well as related Logs and TemplatesThe set-up and maintenance of all Program Specific CAM toolkitsCoaching Control Account Managers on best EVMS practicesOutput internal and external reporting requirements and reviews including variance reviewsSupport the Program Manager and Control Account Managers in proposal and planning/replanning activities

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree  and 2+ years experience, orMasters Degree and 0+ years experience, orJD/PhDMust be a US Citizen to be considered for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management experience and/or finance knowledge and experienceStrong communication and analytical skillsDetail oriented with great time management and ability to prioritize tasksStrong technical acumen with MS Office, SAP, or additional software packagesAbility to obtain DoD security clearance
