Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented ERP Business Analyst with expertise in production, operations, and quality to join our team. This role is critical in optimizing our ERP system to support manufacturing, supply chain, and quality processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with production, operations, quality, and IT teams to analyze business needs, configure ERP solutions, and drive process improvements.
ResponsibilitiesLead the design, configuration, and optimization of ERP modules related to production planning, operations, and quality.Serve as the primary liaison between manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure ERP systems align with business needs.Analyze current manufacturing, quality, and operational workflows to identify gaps and areas for improvement.Analyze and document production workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.Ensure ERP systems comply with AS9100, ISO 9001, ITAR, FAA, and other aerospace regulations.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support digital transformation efforts.Develop training materials and provide end-user training for ERP modules related to production, operations, and quality.Develop user manuals, process documentation, and troubleshooting guides.Offer ongoing support for ERP system users.Other duties may be assigned as required by organizational needs.Essential SkillsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or other Engineering discipline.1-2 years of business analysis, business process reengineering, and solutions implementation experience in aerospace Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain domains.High familiarity with ERP software methodology, including system configuration and integration.Demonstrated experience assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, testing (UAT), and business user training.Excellent time management, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.Strong Atlassian product experience using Agile methodologies such as Jira and Confluence.Experience with Microsoft Office, Visio, and Project.Ability to gracefully manage multiple priorities, commitments, and projects in a fast-paced dynamic environment.Professional experience in Aerospace or manufacturing environment.Strong analytic skills and the ability to interpret complex data.Additional Skills & Qualifications3+ years’ experience in ERP development and implementation, specifically Odoo, NetSuite, Oracle or similar modular.Experience utilizing tools such as Data loader, SQL Developer, and Toad.Working knowledge of Python 2.7+, XML and experience with writing simple to complex queries to support audit/operational requests.Capable of working in a constantly evolving environment.Able to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure situations.Works well on a collaborative and multidisciplinary team.Unafraid to speak up and ask questions and capable of formulating solutions or recommendations.Recognizes the importance of project timeline and milestones.Willingness to learn and operate under non-standard procedures, as necessary.Work Environment
Contract durations are slated to be 6-9 months at this time. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
