Department Overview:
Controlling (CTG) is responsible for plant's controlling, business planning operations, accounting processes, correctness of the financial accounting and for the compliance of the company’s central directive. CTG consists of 2 sections, 1) Product Costing (CTG2) & 2) Profitability and Overhead Controlling and Administration (CTG3).
CTG support the top management by offering support to the operating departments and monitoring plant operations progress. We promptly inform and advise decision-makers.
Job Description:
Responsible for cost center steering, controlling, planning, budgeting, and reporting for overhead;Identify measures, risks and opportunities to close potential gaps;Identifying and analyzing risk in business area and provide improvement solution for management decision making;Responsible for project system budgeting and control;Ensuring period end closing is completed timely;Managing and calculating Investment projects costs;Lead and support monthly overhead steering, controlling and review meeting;Preparing and submitting monthly reporting for business;Preparing business plan and ensuring current forecast is updated timely and;Key user for overhead controlling.QualificationsDegree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent.At least 3-5 years professional working experience in manufacturing environment and MNC, of which minimum 3 years working experience in overhead planning and controlling.Efficiently carries out routine tasks of standard reporting (data collection, data validation, plausibility check, report generation).Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially Excel/ PowerPoint.Demonstrated skills in SAP Costing module.Financial IT-systems or other digital tools is as add-on skills.Strong attention to details and good analytical skills to evaluate financial data and problem-solving skills.Financial IT-systems or other digital tools is an add-on skills.Possess good communication and presentation skills.Proficient in English language both in writing and oral.Takes initiatives in streamlining processes and striving for continuous improvement.Good team player with ability to demonstrate initiative and work well with minimal supervision and within tight timelines.Additional InformationLeave Entitlement e.g: Annual Leave, Medical Leave and etcCompany Insurances and etc
