Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to bridge the gap between the technical environment and the business. Each day, you will use data analytics to assess processes and outline problems, opportunities, and solutions, to support decisions for new or changed Information Systems (IS) solutions or services. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting constantly in the continual service improvement process. The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI HybridThis role is contributing to the Process Automation Business of Process Control Platform Division in Bangalore.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tPrimary PLM Windchill solution owner for productization processes•\tAct as one of the main point of contact for PCP business with respect to PLM linked processes•\tWork with Application managers for applications supporting Productization processes.•\tGuide support and project teams on improvement of PCP windchill solution for all relevant functions (R&D, PPM , others)•\tConsulted by other teams in enhancing the overall solution architecture for PLM linked processes at PCP and PA level.

Qualifications for the role

\t10+ years of relevant professional experience\tStrong knowledge of GO to market process solutions\tStrong knowledge in PTC Windchill\tStrong experience in defining and driving IT projects for R&D, proven project management skills.\tStrong experience of Business Connections between applications (e.g. API, Biz Talk etc.)\tAbility to actively drive roadmaps, the related projects and maintenance tasks.\tExperience with managing virtual teams, driving projects and understanding of demands of large and globally distributed R&D teams.\tFluency in written and spoken English.\tHands on experience in leading IT platforms for R&D (PLM-Windchill, ALM-Azure Devops, CAD etc.) will be an advantage
