Job Seekers, Please send resumes to resumes@hireitpeople.com This position is responsible for functions on projects of moderate to high complexity by working with business partners within multiple business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies; eliciting, documenting, and refining business requirements for the IT organization; serving as a liaison across multiple facets of the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs; leveraging an informed knowledge of business areas to identify and/or resolve problems on an ongoing basis.

Expertise in 9.2 functionality to provide guidance and knowledge transfer to our in-house HCSC payroll team.
Research & log cases with PS/Oracle if and when issues arise
Assist in developing test documentation (cases, scripts, etc) and assist in performing test transactions in partnership with our in-house payroll team.   Adhere to HCSC policy, methodology (SDM) and confidentiality pertaining to Sensitive Personal Information (SPI) and follow generally accepted audit and accounting principles.

Required Skills:
·        PeopleSoft GL / Financials
o        Implementation of Chartfields
o        Integration Broker knowledge
o        Accrual processing
o        Interfacing to non-PeopleSoft GL System
·        Payroll expert who also fully understands T&L integration and functionality in addition to core HCM module impact on Payroll for NA in the following environment:
o        Biweekly payroll for 27,000 employees
o        Salaried, Hourly and Piece Rate employee types
o        multi-state employer (37)
o        Multi-union
o        Retro Pay/Benefit functionality

·        Time & Labor expert who also understands payroll integration and functionality.
·        Familiarity with format and content of PS delivered Tax Updates, TL Bundles & other PS fixes through PUM
·        Familiarity with PS/Oracle website (MetaLink) and PeopleBooks
·        Query building skills and understanding of relational database concepts and SQL
·        Knowledge and experience applying audit principals including accounting and SOX
·        Proficiency using Microsoft Excel
·        Attention to smallest details
·        Communication skills – provide clear, concise status updates and ability to work with all levels of HCSC team
·        Flexibility, ability to work under pressure / time constraints

XML publisher report development
·        Experience implementing FLSA functionality
·        Proficiency using Microsoft Access
·        DB2 database platform
·        Data Archiving experience
·        PeopleSoft’s User Productivity Kit (UPK) tool
