MANDATORY TECHNOLOGIES
7+ years of overall experience 5 + years of experience as BA or PO.7 + years of background in software development roles (project management, software development, business analysis, QA).7 + years of experience with deep understanding of software development methodologies7 + years of experience exp in understanding agile software development frameworks (Scrum, Kanban etc.) Knowledge of agile toolsExcellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills, set goalsExcellent English communication skills and writing skillsFamiliarity with the tools supporting Agile software development (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, Azure, Rally, VSTS)
MAIN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Experience with the Agile Methodology, preferably Scrum as consultorReviewing the business requirements and documenting it as user stories in JIRA and/or ServiceNowWork with product owners in grooming the backlogClarifying the requirements to technical team, SDLCDoing system testing of deliverables and prepare for UATReporting -Develop and generate the data quality metrics for the project.Experience in ALM tools knowledge like JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence etc. Test tools like QMetry
MANDATORY SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in IT business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.Attention to detail: Ability to produce accurate and high-quality work.Adaptability and flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Certifications (optional but preferred) as PO, SCRUMPrevious experience as a business analyst, preferably in a consulting environment.Knowledge of specific industries or regulations relevant to the clients.Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R) or data science tools.Leadership skills: Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.

DESIRED SKILLS, TECHNOLOGIES AND EXPERIENCE
- Collaboration software such as Webex, Teams, ServiceNow.
- The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
- Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, collaboration applications or face to face.

PROJECT ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed information about business needs, processes, and pain points. Analyze complex business problems and identify root causes. Document requirements clearly and concisely using various techniques (e.g., use cases, user stories, process flows). Business Process Modeling: Develop and maintain accurate process models (e.g., BPMN, UML) to visualize current and future state processes.Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in existing processes and propose improvements.Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively will be essential to delivering innovative solutions that drive business value.Full English proficiency, with at least two large projects (more than 3 months of duration) with an international client or in teams with non-Spanish speaking members.Domain expertise: Knowledge of specific industries or business functions (e.g., finance, healthcare, technology). Project management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
