Job Description Day to Day: A client in the San Diego, CA area is looking for a mortgage BA to join their team to support a multi-year program to integrate a 3rd party PPE system and decommission an existing platform. This BA will be working closely with the technical team to translate requirements, help build out API integration layer that will connect the existing company data to the 3rd party system. This candidate will also be responsible for creating user stories, tickets, and must have strong communication and leadership ability. Skills and Requirements Must Have Requirements:   6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and working in the mortgage industry   2-3+ years of experience in General capital markets   Experience working with either homegrown PPE (Product and Pricing Engine) platforms or implementing and maintaining 3rd party PPEs   API Background/Technical Experience - Liaison between technical team and business, must be able to translate technical requirements for an integration (looking at codes and understanding what the deliverable is)   Experience write user stories and ability to explain the road map to the technical teams. -Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the mortgage industry.
