In this role, the Business Analyst/Process Improvement Analyst will document and analyze current business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the implementation of operational enhancements. Responsibilities: * Document current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement to gain a comprehensive understanding of business units and their workflows * Support the identification, assessment, and implementation of operational improvement opportunities using various methods, including analytics, process improvement, and automation * Collect and analyze data from different business lines, and communicate findings to managers through written and verbal reports * Assist business teams in designing and optimizing their processes * Maintain and enhance process flow charts and related documentation * Provide process mapping assistance and deliver both on-the-spot and formal training to business partners
