Business Analyst/ Product Owner

Job Description
A client in the Dallas, TX area is looking to hire a fully remote Business Analyst/ Product Owner to join their dynamic team. The organization is currently undergoing a revamp of their legacy technology stack to modernize internal facing web applications.
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to create detailed user stories and process flows.
Utilize Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to visualize and document business processes.
Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRD) to ensure alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
Present requirements, user stories, and process flows to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
Adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new things on the fly.
Work in both Waterfall and Agile environments, understanding the nuances and best practices of each methodology.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that the product meets business needs and requirements.

Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in BA/Product Owner Role
- Experience with gathering requirements, creating user stories and process flows specifically during presentation
- Experience with business process model notation (BPNM) and understanding of business requirements documents (BRD)
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, need flexibility to change direction quickly and dive in to learn new things on the fly
- Understanding of Waterfall/ Agile environments - Experience working in small/medium sized teams/environments null
