Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst/Project Manager in URBANDALE, Iowa, 50322-7902, United States. This position is well-suited for someone who is proficient in the IT industry and has in-depth experience with IT project management and client implementations. As a Business Analyst/Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation of a new software module and ensuring the project stays on track. This role is fully remote, providing flexibility and convenience. Responsibilities: • Overseeing the implementation of a Risk Management module, ensuring its successful integration. • Utilizing tools such as Atlassian Jira, CRM, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word to effectively manage the project. • Conducting Gap Analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions. • Managing the project's timeline, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time. • Collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and coordination. • Employing Agile Scrum methodologies to manage the project effectively. • Assisting in the development of Business Process Functions and Business Requirement Documents. • Utilizing your knowledge in IT Risk Management to navigate potential risks during the project. • Ensuring smooth client implementations, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. • Assisting in the administration of claims related to the project. • Conducting AB Testing to ensure the effectiveness of the implemented module. • Guiding the project through a 6-8 week guided implementation process. • Overseeing the effective onboarding and offboarding during the project timeline. Requirements • Applicant must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a Business Analyst/Project Manager role. • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is required. • Experience with CRM is necessary. • Gap Analysis skills are essential for this role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required. • Previous experience in AB Testing is necessary. • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology is required. • Knowledge in Business Process Functions is essential. • Experience in preparing Business Requirement Document is necessary. • Previous experience in Claim Administration is a must. • IT Project Management skills are required. • Experience in Client Implementations is necessary. • Knowledge in IT Risk Management is essential.
