Skills Required
5-10 yrs experience in a financial services industry
Advanced PC skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent presentation skills including oral and written communication skills
Full life-cycle project experience (analysis->implementation) desired
Strong analytic and problem solving skills
Personable, able to interface with senior management in Business and IT, as well as technical colleagues

Description:
Senior Business Analyst to focus on build-out of Operational Risk Management technology platform. This platform will include tools for managing Risk Control Assessments, Internal Loss Incident tracking, KRI Management and Reporting, and Mitigation & Response Management. The candidate should have project management experience, preferably with large scale, enterprise-wide projects. Ideal candidate should be able to operate at a senior level, having previously operated at this level of seniority. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop an Operational Risk Framework and interact with Risk Managers and COOs of the firm
