Business Analyst SAP OTC
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst SAP OTC based in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will support, maintain, and enhance the technology for the Order to Cash (OTC) value stream. You will closely collaborate with leaders and stakeholders across various departments, focusing on establishing and aligning efficiency metrics to drive business outcomes. Responsibilities: • Champion the technical transformation within the organization, driving innovation and ensuring successful outcomes • Support end-to-end processes and global transformation initiatives for OTC, aligning with business objectives • Engage with key stakeholders, providing relevant information for decision-making at the leadership level • Define comprehensive end-to-end technical process requirements • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards for the processes within OTC • Oversee process governance within OTC, ensuring effective transformation management and ongoing performance monitoring • Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement across processes and systems • Support the roll-out and adoption of implemented initiatives, ensuring smooth integration and buy-in from all relevant parties • Provide system solutions enabled by SAP S4 HANA for business requirements • Maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across departments for reporting and analytics needs. Requirements • Proficiency in SAP SD Sales & Distribution is a must-have. • Demonstrable expertise in SAP MM - Materials Management is required. • An in-depth understanding of SAP HANA is necessary. • Previous experience in a Business Analyst role, specifically within SAP OTC, is preferred. • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions. • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail and a methodical work ethic. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks or projects with changing priorities. • Willingness and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment. • An understanding of the full project lifecycle, from initiation through to deployment, is beneficial. • Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen desire to improve processes and systems.
