Job Description Insight Global is seeking Business Analyst/Scrum Master to join one of our medical device clients in the Minneapolis market. This role will work within their Cyber Security group, and will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by leading Scrum ceremonies and gathering detailed requirements. Your responsibilities will include facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure the team remains focused and productive. You will work closely with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements, ensuring they align with the overall project goals and security standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
