Responsibilities

Collaborate with colleagues to improve existing or create new business workflows Challenge assumptions to help drive innovative solutions Document colleague requests and issues as user stories Develop strong working relationships across Esri to enable effective communication Engage colleagues to develop effective reporting solutions that meet the needs of the organization Enable adoption of the ServiceNow platform leveraging digital adoption tools Initiate and document functional and acceptance testing during each sprint Requirements

2+ years of direct work experience as a business analyst supporting mission-critical business applications Proficient in active listening to accurately capture the details and nuances of requests and issues Skilled in transferring requests into clear and concise requirements, including the translation of technical language Capable of analyzing and documenting complex business processes Possess strong evaluation skills to assess user adoption gaps and improve engagement Facilitate meetings to engage colleagues about issues and requests Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related STEM field Recommended Qualifications

Exposure to the ServiceNow Platform Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI Familiar with the Agile/Scrum development process Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related STEM field
