Ecolab Company is looking for an Business Analyst Trainee to join their Sourcing Analytics Procurement team in Barcelona, Spain. This role involves understanding stakeholder needs, leading digital improvement processes, and maintaining data accuracy. Main Responsibilities
Serve as a connection among stakeholders to collect requirements and drive change internally or externally.
Develop processes for improving data quality.
Be an effective back up to Run RFX and eAuction (coordinate, prepare and launch).
Automatize process and improve day to day operations for direct stakeholders.
Interact with product owners and digital developers to enhance current products.
Train stakeholders in systems, tools and processes owned by the digital team.
Peer to peer connectivity with Sourcing Analysts in Pune, India.
Enhance communication with Systems Analyst in Pune, India.
Basic Qualifications
Interest in a business intelligence role.
Experience with data maintenance and presenting insights to key stakeholders.
Exceptional communicator, outspoken, stakeholder and value focused abilities.
Proficient in MS Office suite.
Self-motivated, goal oriented and able to work with ambiguity in a VUCA world.
Preferred Qualifications
Enrolled in or recently completed degree with emphasis in Business, Economics Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering preferred.
History of managing and delivering projects, tasks, and initiatives.
Ability to create, implement, document, and continuously improve processes in a changing environment.
Experience working with global cross-functional teams and demonstrated ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical expertise.
Microsoft PowerBI experience.
Project management experience.
Experience in the petrochemical industry a plus.
