Business Analyst with Digital/Ecommerce

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced BA to assist with day to day project documentation on US/CA Ford/Lincoln Model Year Change Over (MYCO) project launche and the integration of the data into products at FordDirect. This person will need to be a self-starter and able to excel at cross-functional collaboration in a highly political, fast paced environment. The resource is a first point of contact for inquiries and data anamolies and will need to do an initial RCA and triage accordingly. The resource will also be the first point of contact for testing teams needing coordination across systems of functional test cases. The person will be responsible for managing and optimizing the processes surrounding this function and work with our clients at FMC to ensure the data is being actioned as appropriate.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Coordinate with internal and external parties, including our clients and testing partners.
2. Document processes and requirements including non-functional business rules, technical integrations, regional variants, functional specs, data mapping, and user interface.
3. This role supports Product Owners/Managers, and the person must be well organized and able to deliver efficiently.
4. Facilitate meetings including design, requirements gathering, use case reviews, resourcing, meeting minutes, etc.
5. Coordinates project delivery by participating in requirement reviews.
6. Review new features and roadmaps to identify cross team impacts
7. Reviews ticket queues to ensure appropriate triage of tickets.
Other Responsibilities:
- Manages ongoing relationship with testing partners, maintain appropriate credentials for users and monitor onboarding and offboarding of partners on behalf of FordDirect product owners.
- Work with dealer specialists on inquiries and ensure that all cases are fully addressed.
- Continuously optimize tools and processes to reduce risks in over exposure of data.
- Create documentation of end-to-end processes supporting domain.
Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience) in Technology, Digital Media, Digital Business, Creative Production, E-Commerce, or relevant field desired
* Must be a systems thinker - able to connect dots across multiple workstreams
* Must be well organized and detail oriented
* Must have excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
* Must have ability to prioritize and focus - plan with agility
* Must have the ability to seamlessly execute as well as coordinate between multiple parties (collect assets, communicate timing, obtain sign-off, etc.).
* Must have the ability to problem solve and create solutions to challenges
* Must have a curious and consistently learning mindset
* Must have high competence in JIRA, MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and formulas
