We are recruiting for a Business Analyst with strong experience in the Pensions industry, large-scale data and system migration, and applications & systems analysis. This role requires a solid technical background and the ability to work closely with IT & technology stakeholders.

 

Location:  London - Hybrid – 3 days a week onsite and 3 days remote
Type:        Fixed term employment contract (potential to extend)

 

The Role:

Assess multiple existing systems performing similar tasks to evaluate potential consolidation Data Migration & AI Integration – Review migration approaches and explore AI tools to enhance the process. Business Case Development – Prepare a detailed business case with cost estimates for migration activities. Requirements Gathering & Gap Analysis – Work with IT and business stakeholders to identify key differences between systems and develop an action plan to address gaps. End-to-End Requirements Management – Ensure all functional and non-functional requirements align with overall business objectives. Holistic Approach – Consider People, Process, and Organisational Structure, not just IT needs Operational Resilience – Assess and improve operational resilience and performance.  

 

 

What you will bring:

Strong analytical skills in business process analysis, applications, and systems. Pensions domain expertise – Experience in occupational pensions, implementation, data, or systems is highly desirable.  Technical background – Comfortable working with IT & technology stakeholders.  Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with software engineering teams. Excellent communication skills – Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders. Operational resilience experience – Ability to review and assess technical & operational performance. Process & product mapping – Experience mapping internal and external products/services.
