Candidates require 5-7 years’ experience in Business Analysis, and the following skills/knowledge.
> Expertise with the process of gathering business requirements for data
> Experience in banking, finance and/or treasury functions
> Experience working with relational data, gathering data, data feeds and
some understanding in data quality, data profiling and metadata
> Understanding and demonstrated capability of navigating a bank balance sheet
> Experience with any of the QRM ALM tool
> Familiarity with Windows, Word, Excel and Access
> Experience with SQL ability to run queries
> Knowledge of metadata, data quality and data profiling desired
Skills that would be a plus to have
> Experience with particular focus in data warehousing, reporting and
financial modeling
> Understanding of Treasury data needs and reporting for Asset Liability
Management (ALM), Liquidity, Basel III, Capital Forecasting, Cash flow
analysis, FTP etc.
