Job Description One of Insight Global's clients is seeking a Business Analyst skilled in analyzing trends, crafting and implementing business strategies, and managing planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to meet company objectives. The successful candidate will possess practical experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), especially custom-built solutions, and demonstrate a solid background in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Furthermore, the role demands expertise in drafting functional requirements and excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with fellow Business Analysts, Quality Assurance teams, and Project Managers. This position is remote, but candidates must be able to work EST hours. Compensation: $50/hr to $60/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
