Business Analytics - Adobe | Remote
This role will be a part of our Product Experience Analytics team and will have direct analytics projects responsibilities to deliver digital analytics and insights using Adobe Analytics and Adobe CJA (Customer Journey Analytics) for both Web and Mobile apps. This role will collaborate with our business partners, development teams, and product owners to ensure they have a clear picture of how users are engaging with the web and mobile digital properties. This role will also be responsible for delivering 360 degree analysis on the customer, marketing channels and conversion, standard reporting and adhoc requests, which REQUIRE candidates to have technical experience of Data Layers and E2E analytics mapping and connections. The analyst will need to answer the “why” in addition to the “what” when providing outcomes for the business questions. Collaborate across multiple teams to align on product KPIs and scorecards Document and deliver the entire web & mobile analytics instrumentation life cycle (Define KPIs, translate KPIs to technical requirements using digital data layer, validate implemented requirements and build reports to satisfy defined business KPIs) Analyze large data sets and find trends, patterns, correlations, outliers etc. and extract meaningful information Verify the data and analysis to ensure the outcome is valid Provide visual interpretations for the analysis performed as well as data dictionaries so it’s easy for the stakeholder to understand and make informed decisions Provide actionable recommendations based on the analysis Use story telling skills to present and explain the analysis so the takeaway is easy to understand and next steps are clear Stay current with trends regarding Adobe Analytics and CJA
Skills: 4 years’ experience with debugging tools and working with Adobe Analytics data for both web & mobile apps Experience with AEP (Adobe Experience Platform) and Adobe Analytics/CJA components (Projects, segments, calculated metrics, VRs) Knowledge of data flow from mobile apps to Adobe and how web and mobile analytics works including tags, cookies, variables, and Data Layer Good communication and Strong presentation skills required Deep understanding of customer segmentation, and marketing attribution models Detail oriented with ability to work independently Experience with the basics of JavaScript and CSS SQL skills, the ability to connect data from other tools to adobe dataset, and domain knowledge is a plus
