The Commercial BA (Seller Operations) team is a part of the Lazada Business Intelligence team. The team works closely with Regional Seller Operation teams including Key Account Managers, Seller Operations/Programs, and BD/Incubation teams to drive the success of Lazada sellers and brands.
Job Description:
1. Performance Reporting and Data Visualization
1.1 Design the key metrics and conduct business-oriented, comprehensive & accurate reporting to monitor the performance of the assigned Seller Operations team, locate risk, and discover potential business opportunities.
1.2 Design and build dashboards to track business performance, and predict potential issues before they arise
2. Data Analysis and Strategy Evolution
2.1 Work with Management and Seller Operations teams to deep dive into the performance of brands, seller operations & programs, support decision-making, and the evolution of Seller Operations strategies
2.2 Conduct ad-hoc analyses to understand business opportunities and challenges, and provide recommendations
3. Data Product Management and Cross-team Collaboration
3.1 Manage data products, and coordinate with the data engineering teams to produce good business results
4. External Data Platform Management and Market Research (as needed)
4.1 Manage external data platforms and conduct market research to help Lazada stay on top of market trend
