Job DescriptionThe Global Solution Sales, GTM Programs, and Sales Plays organization is on a journey to innovate across ServiceNow’s go-to-market (GTM), delight our customers, and fuel our unparalleled climb to $30B+. We’re moving fast, and with this rapid scale and dynamic growth we’re hiring a Business Analytics Manager to help us further enhance and streamline our operational cadences, communications, and partnerships across the business.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives and Planning, the Business Analytics Manager will play a pivotal role in working across our leadership team and with cross functional business partners to maximize time spent focused on growing the business for all ServiceNow Workflows. We are looking for a candidate who is a highly organized, collaborative, with a passion for driving efficiencies and elevating team culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Clear accountability for setting up our organization-wide cadence and content management plan for success; directly contribute to CCO, GEO, STEP/BU, and other operational cadences and interlocks across functions Lead collaboration with our Workflow PMs and exec comms teams to create, manage, and execute internal and external stakeholder communications and event plans (e.g. Town Halls, SKO, Knowledge, etc.) Partner with sales operations to ensure our global and GEO teams have the right BI to act on; develop dashboard requirements that improve visibility into the performance of Emergent Workflows, strategic initiatives, and other priorities Drive continuous improvement of our pipeline and forecast processes, reviews, and communications; ensure we have the ability measure the impact of actions and course correct where needed quickly Lead specific initiatives or process improvements, partnering with cross-functional business partners such as other CoS teams, Global & GEO sales ops, finance, GTM Programs, Sales Plays, Operations, DT, Enablement, Change Management, HR, etc. Prepare executive level communications and presentations to outline performance insights, recommendations and outcomes Focus on team building and culture across the organization, as we pivot from building an organization in 2024 to optimizing our collective impact in 2025 This is a global role, requiring familiarity with differences across GEO and market maturity, while being able to connect across time zones with stakeholders from each GEO Minimal travel required (~10% or less)Qualifications
Work Experience
6+ years of experience in Software/SaaS technology companies; prior experience across one or more of GTM planning, operations, communications, and strategic initiatives Hands-on experience in a sales organization and deep understanding of go-to-market functions Proven experience across many or all these areas: sales cadences (e.g. pipeline & forecast reviews), sales plays, reporting, communications, change management, and enablement Evidence of having established programmatic efforts at scale that span across functionsMindset & Approach
