We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Business and Credit Management Manager.Principal responsibilities

To support business and credit management of the department with particular focus on the following aspects:

· Policy review and implementation: Review new and existing guidelines of business and credit management, and set up procedures to ensure compliance with external and internal requirements;

· Business and credit risk management: Work closely with key Risk stewards and business/product partners to efficiently handle business compliance, data governance, credit and operational risk and control issues, and prepare relevant reports as required. Monitor business activities with Financial Institutions, NBFIs, Funds and Sovereign counterparties to ensure all tasks handled are properly and timely managed;

· Project management: Participate in the development, maintenance and enhancement of management information system, as well as various departmental/cross-functional projects as required.

University degree in Business Management, Banking, Accounting, Finance, related discipline or other relevant qualifications;Minimum of 5 years' experience in credit management and/or business compliance preferable;Strong analytical ability with good project management, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;Self-starter and ability to work under pressure; Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage;Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.
