About the Position: Serve as a Primary Agency Program Coordinator (AOPC) in the Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Purchase Card Division, with the primary responsibility of managing the purchase card accounts to ensure the integrity of the program is maintained. Responsibilities Provide technical expertise to serve as subject matter expert (SME) of alternate AOPC(s) within assigned area of responsibility. Typical tasks include: Answer phone calls and/or respond to email inquiries from interested parties (Account holders, RMO, US Bank etc.) using automated tools to manage the day-to-day projects Develop updated GPC classroom training. Ensure CAR data is input to contracting systems in a timely manner. Work with US Bank technical support for complex questions and AXOL issues needing "trouble ticket" level support. Develop or provide input towards publication of a revised/updated ACC-NJ SOP annually. Prepare all required OMB reports and ensure delivery to HQ is accomplished in a timely and accurate manner. Provide local management and lower graded employees with specialized reports (transactions, delinquencies) and ensure HQ is provided updates as required by Army policy (delinquencies). Analyze purchase card accounts and report program activity as required. Interface with ACC GPC Program Level 3 and Army Program Level 2 managers whenever necessary. Ensure all aspects of the GPC program are IAW ACC and Army policy Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Who May Apply: US Citizens In order to qualify, you must meet the education requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. To qualify for the GS-13 based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience performing the following; 1) Experience analyzing and/or implementing new systems for credit card purchases; AND 2) Experience using automated systemic reporting tools to provide financial information. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
