At Babcock, we thrive on innovation and leadership in IT solutions. As our next Business Applications Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in optimising our operational efficiency and productivity through the implementation and maintenance of essential software applications.
 

This position is all about hands-on technical troubleshooting, installing, updating, and resolving software issues to enhance user experiences. You'll work closely with our business units to deploy applications and updates seamlessly. Working hand-in-hand with our Regional Support and Infrastructure teams, you’ll tackle challenges head-on, resolving application issues promptly and spearheading upgrades and enhancements.

To be successful, you will bring:
 

Australian Citizen with a Defence security clearance (or the ability to obtain). Experience supporting Business Applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Stakeholder management experience. Experience using ITSM tools (Remedy etc.) Experience working within a Desktop Support/Regional Support or Service Desk Function. ITIL Certifications (Foundations etc). Bachelors Degree or above in IT or similar field, or equivalent work experience.
