This individual will need to excel in the following areas: **Microsoft Power Platform Development:** + Design and develop Power Automate workflows to streamline and automate business processes. + Create and maintain RPA bots for repetitive tasks and process improvements. + Develop and deploy user-friendly PowerApps with user interfaces tailored to business needs as both standalone apps and within SharePoint sites. + Integrate Power Platform solutions with internal and external data warehouses, user-managed spreadsheets/SharePoint lists, and 3 rd party platforms **Database Administration:** + Manage, maintain, and optimize database performance and forecast resource needs to ensure high availability, security, and performance. + Monitor and troubleshoot database performance issues. + Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies. + Set the standards for definition, security, and integrity of database objects and ensure conformance to these standards. + Identify, evaluate, and manage the adoption of database administration tools and processes, including automation. **ETL Processes:** + Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes for extracting, transforming, and loading data from various internal and external sources into SQL Server databases. + Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data requirements and ensure accurate and timely data integration. + Optimize ETL workflows for performance and scalability. + Document ETL processes and ensure data quality standards are met. + Experience with scripting language such as Python, Bash, Pearl, etc. **Collaboration and Support:** + Work closely with Business Intelligence, IT, and operational teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. + Provide technical support, training, and documentation for Power Platform applications. + Understand the business needs of our clients and translate those needs into functional requirements. + Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the final solution meets the needs of the business. + Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. + Able to explain complex technical concepts concisely, and they should be able to listen to and understand the needs of our clients. **Req Number:** 112979BR **Job Location:** Westlake, TX (TX) **Shift:** 1st Shift **Full Time / Part Time:** Full Time **EEO Statement:** Performance Food Group and/or its subsidiaries (individually or collectively, the "Company") provides equal employment opportunity (EEO) to all applicants and employees, regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, marital status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, and any other characteristic protected by applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations.
