What will make you succeed in this position?

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. 7+ years of experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or related strategic roles. Strong understanding of business capability modeling, process mapping, and enterprise frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, BIZBOK). Skills in using architecture modelling languages such as ArchiMate or UML. Experience with Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) tools such as ADOIT, Bizzdesign, or similar platforms. Proven experience aligning technology solutions with business objectives, expertise in leading digital transformation initiatives. Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus. Certifications: Certified Business Architect (CBA), TOGAF, or similar. Industry experience in [specify: e.g., financial services, healthcare, or technology]. Proficiency in business architecture tools (e.g., Sparx EA, ARIS, MEGA, or equivalent).

 

Your mission in the role will be:

Strategic Alignment: 

Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to translate business vision, goals, and strategies into actionable plans.
Develop business capability models and roadmaps to support strategic priorities. 

 

Architectural Frameworks:

Design and implement enterprise business architecture frameworks that drive operational efficiency and scalability.
Map end-to-end business processes and identify opportunities for improvement or transformation.

 

Stakeholder Engagement: 

Act as a trusted advisor, working closely with IT, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
Facilitate workshops and discussions to elicit requirements, capabilities, and outcomes.

 

Governance & Metrics:

Define and implement business architecture governance, ensuring adherence to standards and frameworks.
Develop KPIs and success metrics to measure and report on the value of architecture initiatives.

 

Change Management: 

Champion business transformation initiatives, supporting organizational change and capability development.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful delivery of architecture-driven initiatives.
