Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled GeoSpatial Sr. Developer with 9 to 11 years of experience in Java to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations and be adept at working in a hybrid model. This role involves developing and maintaining geospatial applications that support our business objectives. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our geospatial capabilities and driving innovation within the company.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain geospatial applications using Java to support business operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for geospatial projects.Design and implement scalable and efficient geospatial solutions that meet business needs.Provide technical expertise in geospatial data processing analysis and visualization.Ensure the integration of geospatial applications with existing business systems and workflows.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to geospatial applications and systems.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in geospatial technologies and incorporate them into projects.Optimize geospatial applications for performance scalability and reliability.Document technical specifications user guides and other relevant documentation for geospatial applications.Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives.Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in geospatial development.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
