The Job (responsibilities):

Order follow up

Order fulfilment

Customer queries

Customer communicaton

Create invoices/credit notes

Return handling

Complaint handling

Archive business documents

Co-work with DC and Transportation

The Person (requirements):

Work Experience Required

Relevant experience in CS Center preferably in an international environment

Experience in handling Claims

Experience in back-office function

Skills & Knowledge required

Knowledge of SAP - advantage

Good MS office knowledge

Excellent skills in written and spoken local languages (Dutch & French) and English

General administration level with commercial background

Strong verbal communication skills

Key qualities required
