Responsibilities:

Lead and participate in end-to-end Business Central implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
*

Configure and customise Business Central to meet client-specific needs across multiple modules, such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
*

Provide expert advice to clients on best practices and effective use of Business Central to enhance business processes.
*

Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure seamless adoption.
*

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality solutions.
*

Support international and local projects, ensuring compliance with regional regulations and standards.
*

Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues, delivering exceptional customer service.



Skills Required:

*

Proven experience in end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
*

Strong knowledge of multiple Business Central modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing).
*

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to design and implement effective solutions.
*

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
*

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*

Familiarity with local and international project requirements and compliance considerations.
*

Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
