We are looking for a Business Change Manager to join our Transformation Team to champion best practice in organisational change management and drive improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
Work with Business Owners and Product Owners to shape the solution, develop a clear vision, align and engage with Senior Leadership to enable sponsorship/buy-in to proposed approach for change.
Ensure all end user impacts are suitably accounted for in the change plan and interdependencies with other projects are managed.
Ensure risks and issues relating to change are identified, prioritised, assessed and mitigating actions are developed.
Communicate risks and issues relating to change adoption and benefits realisation (including briefing senior stakeholders) and escalate where appropriate.
Mitigate and manage people, business and technical risks. Work in partnership with the project and stakeholders to establish benefits realisation as part of all Business Change activities, from the discovery and design stage to transition into BAU.
Alongside the L&D function, ensure that capability requirements associated with the project objectives are supported by a dedicated training needs analysis and respective learner pathway. The role will be responsible for overseeing the creation of a capability upskilling and adoption approach that can be deployed across each initiative to inform training delivery and evaluation, in line with agreed adoption targets/metrics.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of organisational change management within complex working environments, advising others in delivery.
The Business Change Manager should be adaptable, with a strong ability to communicate the benefits of people and organisational change management practices within a matrix organisation.
