**Overview:** Develops communications to be used internally by a business line. Contributed to policies and programs to increase employee awareness and knowledge of activities affecting employees. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Contributes to the development, implementation, and evaluation of internal communications, to include sales/service/operations, change management, employee engagement, and organizational initiatives. + Prepare drafts of organizational announcements and respond to employee inquiries. + Assist with intranet functions within the department. + Adhere to applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with Company or regulatory standards and policies. + Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand. + Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable. + Complete other related duties as assigned. **Education and Experience Required:** Associate’s degree in communications or related field or equivalent in experience.
